    • When Lucy and the other Little kids decide they are lonely and want to meet other Littles, instead of just sending letters. When Cousin Dinky suggest all the Littles get together, The Littles have to get through hard traveling, and escaping animals, but in the end it's all worth it!

    • Children will love this second book in the Littles series. When the family gets restless, they realize they need to spend time with other Littles. So they plan a trip to another Little family living in another house nearby. But this means they need to travel across the dangerous yard. This fun books will delight young readers who are new to chapter books.Check out my full review on YouTube: youtube/watch?v=67OK3

    • The Littles set out on a dangerous overland trip to meet some of the other tiny families.Lucy saves the day - her method of taking care of the attacking weasel was inventive! This book seemed to end too quickly - another five pages or so would have been good. This second book in the Littles series was as good as the first. I loved Grandma Little's hand-knitted pouches that enabled her and Mrs. Little to ride cat-back.

    • I think the author picked great characters because children that read the book will be interested in the mice resembling characters. This book involving the little was a great representation of kids in general. The Little's get bored without friends to play with, which can be the same case for kids in a classroom or even on the playground. I picked this book because it seemed adventurous.

    • The littles live with bigger but bigger don't know they live with them. One day they decided to take a trip and meet other littles.

    • This book is about a little family of people who live within the walls of the Biggs house. The Biggs are a regular-sized family. They eat what the Bigg family eats, and they spend a lot of time watching what the Bigg family does. In this book, the Littles are ready to meet some people their own size so they decide to take a trip! Days says, "I like when they took a trip. My favorite part of their trip was when they met the other little families." DS says that he didn't like the tails the little [...]

    • Reading with Clara at naptime. Absolutely LOVE the sketches that appear occasionally. It's perfect for a 4-5 year old, I think. Great for sparking imagination!Clara and I finished this book todayt sure which of us was more excited! A most enjoyable read of the Littles family as they undertook a trip to see another tiny family; we will definitely be reading more books from this series!

    • The world of the Littles is a varied one, and each little chapter book adds other elements. Short, sweet, full of adventure. The Littles are an enviably loving family - I would hate for the series to end up with The Littles Get a Divorce. or Lucy Little Cuts. Sometimes bland, but made up for by the author's creation of this world of Tinies.

    • I loved this series as a child and I am now reading my books to my daughter. She seems to be enjoying them too. I always loved the thought of tiny people living in the walls of my house and always wished they could be real so that I could meet them!Emily (6): I liked when Hildy ran away because it was funny. Read it!

    • Read this book when I was young. It is the only book book I read as a child that I can remember the name of because I loved it so much. Looking to buy it for my granddaughter. Recommend it to everyone!!

    • With Lanie. I'm not sure who's having more fun reading these longer books together, Lanie or me. I'm so happy to be able to do this with my girl. Bliss! This book was fun and a bit more adventurous than the first story about the Littles. The boys should all enjoy these too.

    • An interesting second book about the Littles and some other tiny people. I love the idea that the Littles have tamed a cat (Hildy) while the tree tinies have tamed a skunk. Lainie definitely likes this series!

    • E says "I liked the book because it had a cat in it and I really like cats. But the cat got hurt. It was an interesting book. I liked the book because I liked reading more about the littles, I would read all of the littles books."

    • Nothing seriously stimulating here. Less than 100 pages is why I picked it up. Seems like the author realized they were hitting that magic number and decided to wrap up. A kids book for kids who don't like to be involved in the danger the book presents.

    • Read this with my kids, ages 6 & 10, and was surprised by how interested they were. I liked that I didn't have to edit the book while reading aloud as I have done with some Jr High aged books. The Littles were interesting to us all.

    • At the end of year, my elementary school use to give each and every student a free book to keep forever. I remember I chose this book in 4th or 5th grade. I liked it. A cute, short read that takes, what half an hour or so to read.

    • I liked it. It's about how the Littles children want to see other children. So they have this party at another house and I liked it.

    • As a child, I was enchanted with the idea of being that tiny--that is, until I stopped growing at 5 feet and 3/4 inches

    • Good, clean, wholesome fun. This was the only Littles book we owned growing up, so it was the only one I read. When my daughter gets older I'll have to check out the other books too.

    • These are really fun books to be reading to my daughter. We start thinking of what we would do if we lived in the walls of a house. Such fun!

    • The Little family decides that they are tired of spending all of their days in the Bigg house so they venture out to meet up with other tiny people. Danger awaits them as they make their journey.
