    • I hope fans of the series will enjoy this special "epilogue" to Edge of the Past! For new readers, welcome aboard! :) This short story can be read as a standalone, but if you'd like to read more about the characters, please check out the other titles in the series :)

    • Oh how good it is to see my lovely Sergei once again. One of the aspects that I love about this series is the deep connection between Emily and Sergei. They truly have that one of a kind love, and when their together sparks fly! In this short novella you really see just how perfect they are for each other. Now it really makes me anxious for the third book!

    • Short and passionate I'm not familiar with the characters as I haven't read the main story but the character's are lovable, yes, they make me giggle. But maybe I'm just too liberated because it's almost hard for me to imagine a guy so in love with a girl (for that amount of time) and still hold himself from completely claiming her after the marriage.

    • I love it when authors give their fans a little lagniappe (Louisiana talk for something extra). It is really a nice gesture. Here is a short story with the steam you won't find in her published books. It is free and and a nice companion to the stories she has written. Thanks Jennifer for giving us this!

    • Reaching the Edge, although very short, was enjoyable. I have not read the previous books before and honestly didn't know if I'll be missing a whole lot, but I didn't. However, I am now curious about these two characters and may have to seek out the previous installments as these characters have sparked my interest. This short little read was well-written and I liked the author's writing style. The writing flowed well and the characters were surprisingly well developed considering how short this [...]

    • I had no idea Comeaux had put this awesome little book out. But when she posted on my facebook wall asking if I had seen it I about went nuts. I couldn’t plug my nook up to the computer fast enough. I mean come on folks!!! We are talking Sergei here!! He is one of my all-time favorite book guys ever and I was so happy I was done with the book I was reading…cause one way or another I was reading that book right then, right thereACHING THE EDGE is only a few pages long but lordy help me it was [...]

    • Did I enjoy this book: I did enjoy this book. I read it in one quick sitting.Reaching the Edge was a nice addition to the series. I can see why the author chose not to include it in the books. It may not have been right for younger readers, not that it was that bad. But it was an enjoyable read that gave us a little more about Sergei and Emily.Would I recommend it: I would recommend it if you have read the first two books. I would recommend it if you like sweet short stories. Will I read it again [...]

    • For a short story it was surprisingly well written. Focused only on one aspect (I'm guessing between books), it was intriguing and I didn't want it to stop. The writing flowed well and the emotions felt real. I don't normally find myself getting lost in books this length but I did with this, it was like I was in a bubble. The only negative is I've never associate Adagio for Strings with romance, so it broke the spell slightly reading that as all I could think of was the Platoon movie--not what y [...]

    • I was happy when I discovered this novella. After following Emily and Sergei's relationship (which ended in their marriage in book 2), I wanted to be a little bit of a voyeur into how their wedding night ended. I was glad Jennifer Comeaux gave us this little peak.It was romantic, with Sergei letting Emily take the lead in how fast or slow they went. It was sweet and sexy and for the two of them, proved to have been a perfect time to physically commit to each other. If you're a fan of this series, [...]

    • Short 12 page quick read. I have not read the two previous books in this series but snagged this novella up for free via amazon. It was a good read the authors writing style was very well noted. It discusses the two main characters first night together after getting married. This does not contain a high KF/smit rating I would say a 2. But the love and respect that these two share for each other is very evident. I am curious to learn more about their story.

    • Emily and Sergei are driving to their hew home. They have just left their wedding reception and they are anxious to begin their new lives. They have waited to enjoy sex. They are both virgins and a bit nervous of what is ahead for them. This is a well written short story about a couple very much in love. The author respects the characters and their decisions. Its a wonderful refreshing read.

    • Love, love, loved this look at their wedding night! I always wonder, after a book ends at the characters wedding, what happened next? Now I know! So glad Jennifer wrote this to add to Emily & Sergei's love story, I swear if I wasn't already in love with Sergei, this story would have completely done it!

    • A very quick read (seriously, like maybe 20 to 30 minutes) where we get to see our favorite couple finally seal the deal! The author nailed this. If the scene had been too over the top, it would have felt forced. It was the perfect combination of sweetness and sexiness without being forced.

    • steamyWhat a sweet yet steamy book about a newlyweds first night together. This is an in between novella and I haven't read any of the other books but I will now I want to know these characters infinitely better.

    • Very short novella to follow up on Em and Sergei on their wedding night. Nice teaser for book #3. Only thing is.what happened to the house Em rented after the first one fell through? Unless I missed the explaination somewhere.

    • short but well written love scene, which isn't easy to do. The short story takes us behind the bedroom door on Emily and Sergei wedding night and is a nice bridge between Edge of the Past and the upcoming third book.

    • short and sweet and very sweetly romantic. I'd gotten this as a freebie on and didn't realize it was part of the "Edge" series by Jennifer Comeaux. Now that I know what happens in the future, I want to go back and read Life on the Edge and Edge of the Past

    • It was for free at amazon so I decided to see what this short story is about. I read it as a stand-alone story since I've never read the series before, but I can see myself reading the other books after this one swoony honeymoon :D

    • A short novella to an excellent story.I was checking as to when the next book in the series will be published and stumbled upon this little gem.High on the romance and wonderful to see our two favorite skaters finally having their happy end!And yes Segei is still dreamy as ever.

    • Very short glimpse into the wedding night of a couple. Super sweet! Didn't know it was apart of a series but now I must see how the two became to be.

    • A nice treat for fans of the series The night that Em and Sergei (and you!) have been waiting for!! ;) (It's smokin' HOT!)

    • Hmm. Short and no content other than the wedding night. It's been ages since I read the last one so I barely remember anything.

    • It was a cute, sweet and loving wedding nightat could have been placed at the end of Book 2. It's only 12 pages.

    • At the end of book #2 we read as Emily and Sergei established a relationship and eventually they got married. Book #2.5 is a quick 14-page read that tells the story after their wedding and their first romantic encounter together. Just to let people know, this is one of those 5-10 minute reads, that once you get stuck into the book -be careful as it will be over before you know it. Trust me I was shocked as I didn't realise. Fans of the movies Cutting the Ice and Ice Princess will enjoy the book [...]
